What you can ask us for by name

Each engagement starts with a written scope: the jurisdiction, the documents we need from you, and what you end up holding.

Most requested

International company registration

Incorporation from jurisdiction selection through to the certificate and the corporate register entry.

  • Jurisdiction and structure comparison
  • Name reservation and filing
  • Constitutional documents drafted
  • Registered office and agent arranged

Cross-border payment processing

Getting money in and out of the new entity: account and processor applications prepared the way underwriters want to read them.

  • Provider shortlist for your sector
  • Application and KYB file prepared
  • Source-of-funds documentation
  • Multi-currency settlement setup

Compliance support

The obligations that start the day after incorporation, kept on a calendar instead of in your inbox.

  • Annual returns and statutory filings
  • Beneficial ownership registers
  • Substance and local director requirements
  • Renewal reminders before deadlines

Market entry consulting

Before you register anything: which market, which entity type, and what it will oblige you to do there.

  • Entity type and ownership options
  • Licensing and sector restrictions
  • Hiring and contracting routes
  • Tax registration requirements

Documents and licensing assistance

Certification, legalisation and sector licence applications, chased through to the stamp.

  • Notarisation and apostille
  • Certified translations
  • Sector licence applications
  • Document courier and tracking

Scope, timelines and fees depend on the jurisdiction and the structure. We confirm all three in writing before any work begins.

How we work

One file, one case manager

Your documents, filings and correspondence live in a single case rather than scattered across providers. The person who scoped the work is the person who answers your questions about it.

Status you can check from a phone

Our app shows where each filing sits, what we are waiting on, and what we still need from you — so an update does not require an email asking for one.

Jurisdiction chosen on requirements, not habit

We compare entity types, ownership rules, substance obligations and banking reality side by side, and tell you where your plan does not fit before you pay to find out.

Payments treated as part of the setup

A registered company that cannot receive money is half a company. Account and processor applications are prepared alongside the incorporation, not after it stalls.

Obligations tracked after the certificate

Annual returns, register updates, licence renewals and local filing dates go on a calendar on day one, with reminders ahead of each deadline.

Scope in writing, first

Every engagement opens with what is included, what is not, and the documents we need from you. No work starts on a verbal understanding.

Not sure which jurisdiction fits yet?

Tell us what you are trying to sell, where, and to whom. We will come back with the options that actually permit it.

What clients say about working with us

★★★★★
We had been told our structure was fine by two other providers. DFS went through the ownership rules first and explained why it would have failed the licence application. We changed the entity type before filing anything.
Marcus
★★★★★
The useful part was the payments side being handled with the registration instead of after it. Our KYB file was prepared properly the first time and we were not sent back for more documents.
Priya
★★★★☆
Clear scope, no surprises, and the app meant I stopped emailing for updates. I would have liked the document checklist a little earlier, but everything was filed as described.

Questions we get before the first call

Do I need to travel to register the company?

In many jurisdictions, no — filings and signatures can be handled remotely with notarised or apostilled documents. Some registries and some banks still require an in-person step. We tell you which applies to your chosen jurisdiction before you commit to it.

How long does registration take?

It depends entirely on the registry, the entity type and how quickly your documents clear certification. We give you the realistic range for your jurisdiction in the written scope rather than a headline number up front.

Can you guarantee a bank or payment account?

No, and nobody honestly can — the decision belongs to the provider's underwriting team. What we do is shortlist providers that work with your sector and prepare the application and supporting file the way they expect to receive it.

We already have a company abroad. Can you take over the compliance?

Yes. We review the current standing, identify anything overdue, and take the ongoing filings, register updates and renewals onto a managed calendar.

Do you act as the owner or director of the company?

Ownership stays with you. Where a jurisdiction requires a local director, registered agent or registered office, we arrange a compliant arrangement and explain exactly what that person or address is responsible for.

What do you need from me to start?

For the first conversation, nothing. For an engagement, identification for the beneficial owners, a description of the business activity and the markets you intend to sell into — we send an exact checklist once the jurisdiction is settled.

Tell us what you are planning and where. An adviser will read it and come back to you.

  • An adviser reads your enquiry — not an automated reply.
  • The first response outlines the jurisdictions that fit and what each one would require from you.
  • No documents and no commitment needed to start the conversation.
